13-15 Ben Gurion Street is an urban renewal project located on Ben Gurion Street in the Ha’Argaz neighborhood of Kfar Saba. This contemporary residential complex is part of a medium-scale urban renewal initiative that redefines the relationship between architecture, landscape, and community living.

The project replaces aging residential buildings with a new mixed-density development composed of elegant mid-rise buildings carefully positioned to create an open and welcoming urban environment. The architectural language combines clean geometric forms with warm natural materials, generous balconies, and integrated greenery, creating a refined yet approachable residential character.

Designed with a strong emphasis on quality of life, the complex introduces spacious apartments, shaded outdoor spaces, and active street-front edges that contribute to the neighborhood’s public realm. Layered façades, recessed terraces, and vertical architectural elements provide depth, rhythm, and a human scale throughout the development.

Landscape design plays a central role in the project, extending from the surrounding streetscape into the private and shared outdoor areas. Continuous planting along balconies and public and private rooftop terraces softens the architectural massing and creates a living green envelope that enhances the residents’ everyday experience.

This project  establishes a new model for contemporary urban living — balancing density, sustainability, and community-oriented design within an evolving residential fabric.

The planing process included a comprehensive master plan and is the first urban renewal master plan approved in Kfar Saba under the Shaked urban renewal framework. The project will also be the first to gain self certification construction permit in the city.
